Turn Crossbeam overlap into a next move for AEs and CAMs.

Crossbeam maps partner-account overlap and offers its own alerts and plays. Venn's path starts with a scoped Crossbeam List CSV, not a native sync. Export fields permitted by the sharing settings, then upload one partner book per file.

Map account name, domain when available, and an unambiguous partner owner field. Venn matches uploaded partner accounts to your account book and ranks the resulting paths by match quality and saved relationship context. A match is a path to review, not proof that an introduction is agreed.

Venn places separately sourced account signals and technology context beside matching partner paths when that evidence exists. Overlap describes possible access; account evidence supplies a potential why-now. Neither should manufacture urgency when there is no sourced event.

An AE can inspect the account and evidence to plan outreach or the next campaign step. A CAM can validate the partner owner and relationship and coordinate a specific introduction request. The same matched account supports both desks.

In Partners, review the ranked path and available signals. Accounts with both a path and active signal can surface in the action feed when not already in a campaign. Eligible new paths and signals can appear in a configured digest; imported overlaps do not automatically populate Today's actions.

Frequently asked questions

Does Venn sync with Crossbeam automatically?

No. Export a partner-scoped Crossbeam List CSV and upload it to Venn as partner-account data. Venn does not mirror later Crossbeam changes automatically.

Can I upload any Crossbeam export as-is?

No. Venn needs an account-name column and one partner per file. Split multi-partner exports and check the column mapping. Domain and Partner AE Name add useful context when shared.

Is an overlap itself a buying signal?

No. Overlap indicates a potential partner path. Venn's why-now evidence comes from separate account research when a source-backed event exists.

Will imported overlaps automatically fill Today's actions?

No. Today's actions is a separate list based on saved account propensity and sourced receipts. Review imported matches in partner paths and related account workflows.
