What file format do I need?
Any CSV with company names, domains, or both. Venn auto-detects columns — no specific formatting required. You can also paste a plain list of domains.
Do my partners need to create an account?
No. You send them a magic link. They visit the link, upload their CSV, and Venn processes the overlap. No signup, no payment, no friction on their end. Only you need a Venn account.
Is my data kept private from my partner?
Yes. Partners only see accounts that appear in both lists — your overlapping accounts. They never see your full account list, and you never see theirs. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
How accurate is the matching?
Venn uses a multi-layer entity resolution engine — deterministic domain matching, LLM adjudication for ambiguous cases, and a global entity graph built across millions of records. Our target match accuracy is 99.99%.
